California consumers may use this form to opt-out of the sale of personal information.
The term “sell” under the CCPA is defined very broadly, and includes, among other things, disclosing, disseminating, or making available, personal information. If we sell your personal information as a business under the CCPA, you have a right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. As set forth in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy, we do not sell your personal information, except we retain the right to sell your personal information in regard to personal information we collect directly from customers of our merchants through PayLink.

Authorized Agents: Consumers have the right to use an authorized agent to make requests. If you are making a request through an authorized agent, you are required to provide the authorized agent signed permission, verify your own identity with Payment Logistics, and directly confirm with Payment Logistics that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. These requirements do not apply when a consumer has provided the authorized agent with a valid power of attorney.
